Responsibilities: ● Collaborate closely with Product Owners to determine and articulate advanced-level requirements for projects. ● Act as the primary requirements owner, directing and coordinating comprehensive requirements processes leading to unanimous sign-off by all stakeholders. ● Oversee the gathering, creation of mockups, and documentation of complex requirements. ● Translate intricate functional requirements into detailed technical requirements, offering multiple options for stakeholders. ● Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely, catering to audiences with varying levels of experience and knowledge. ● Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. ● Review and verify test cases/test scenarios, taking the lead in coordinating with the QA/Testing team to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ● Create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to communicate intricate requirements and innovative ideas. ● Conduct in-depth analysis of requirements, translating functional needs into technical specifications and creating detailed flow diagrams. Preferred Skills: ● 4-8 years of experience in the Business Analyst role, demonstrating advanced proficiency. ● Certification in Business Analysis, e.g., CCBA, CBAP, or related topics, will be a significant advantage. ● Proficient in working with tools such as MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), JIRA, and Wireframing tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, etc. ● Possess a deep understanding and mastery of Agile Scrum practices. ● Extensive experience in effectively collaborating with stakeholders and leading interactions with the software development team. ● Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including advanced technical writing capabilities.
