Job Description

Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.  Proven experience (at least 2 years) providing technical support for POS systems, networks, and operating systems.  Strong knowledge of POS hardware, operating systems (Windows and Android), and network configurations.  Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi protocols.  Familiarity with POS peripherals such as printers, scanners, and card readers, cash drawers and experience in configuring and troubleshooting these devices.  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
