Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience (at least 2 years) providing technical support for POS systems, networks, and operating systems. Strong knowledge of POS hardware, operating systems (Windows and Android), and network configurations. Experience with network troubleshooting tools and techniques, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi protocols. Familiarity with POS peripherals such as printers, scanners, and card readers, cash drawers and experience in configuring and troubleshooting these devices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
