At least 1 year of experience using SaaS based products Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and POS Software is a plus.
