Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR professional with over 11 years of expertise in HR processes and legal compliance to join our team in the retail sector, specifically for the automotive industry. Location: Brookefield, Whitefield, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: - Hiring and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including screening, onboarding, induction, and complete employee lifecycle management. - Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive work environment. - Pay and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive and fair packages. - Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and between employees and management. - Payroll and Incentive Processing: Oversee payroll processing, including timekeeping, wage calculation, and deductions for taxes and benefits. - Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, conducting audits and assessments to mitigate risks. - Exit Formalities: Manage exit procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance. - Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. - Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement through team-building activities and recognition programs. - Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure workplace compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct safety training, and implement safety measures. - Employee Benefits: Manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. - HR Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. - Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Resolve disputes among employees or between employees and management through mediation techniques. - Employee Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching and feedback. - Vendor Management: Oversee vendor management, including selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost management. Qualifications: - Minimum of 11 years of experience in HR. - In-depth knowledge of HR practices and legal compliance. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. - Fluency in English and Kannada.
