Role description • Kannada mandatory • Experience candidate from the same industry ( 3 - 5+ Years ) •Hiring and Onboarding: Finding and choosing the right people for different jobs for Automobiles industry, this includes screening, onboarding, Induction, and complete employee lifecycle management. •Getting Along with Employees: Being good at dealing with employees, solving problems they might have, and making sure they're happy at work. •Pay and Benefits: Analysing how much employees get paid and what other good things they get from working at the Automobile industry. •Solving Problems between People: Helping to fix problems between employees, , or between employees and their bosses. •Payroll and Incentive Processing: oversee the entire payroll process, Incentive, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings. •Compliance Oversight: ensure that organization comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly regarding data protection, confidentiality, and ethical business practices. They may conduct audits or assessments to verify compliance and mitigate any associated risks. •Handling Exit formalities •Policy Development: Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the automobile store, ensuring alignment with industry standards and legal requirements. •Employee Engagement: Developing strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs. •Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace, conducting safety training, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries •Employee Benefits: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs. •HR Compliance Audits: Conducting periodic audits to ensure HR processes and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies •Conflict Resolution and Mediation: Resolving conflicts and disputes among employees or between employees and management through mediation and conflict resolution techniques •Employee Performance Management: Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance appraisals, and providing coaching and feedback to employees to support their professional development. •Vendor Management: oversee vendor management, which includes selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, resolving issues, managing costs, ensuring compliance, and cultivating positive relationships to optimize the delivery of goods and services essential for the store's operations, apply now at or contact us via WhatsApp at +91 97467 25111.
