• Education: Bachelor’s of Engineering – Electronics and Communication • Experience: 3-5 years experience working in IoT or Telecommunication space as design/configuration/network engineer, customer support/success engineer, sales engineer, business development or account management. • Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, presentation skills, customer service, reading and writing, leadership, data and analytics. • Technical Skills: Telecom architecture, call flow, ecosystem, IoT connectivity and IoT Use cases • Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to meet needs and long-term goals, gather and deliver information between internal and external teams, track and optimize customer retention metrics, groom accounts, onboard new customers • Work Shift 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST (10 Hrs.)
