Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in telecalling, preferably within the digital marketing industry or Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively conveying our digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: -Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services and solutions. -Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening. -Explain the features, benefits, and value --proposition of our services to potential clients. -Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified leads. -Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. -Follow up with prospects via phone calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline. -Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. -Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve our sales and marketing processes. Requirements: -Minimum of one year of experience in Telecalling, preferably in the digital marketing industry or Freshers with excellent communication can also apply. -Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients. -Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
