We are looking for an Academic Coordinator for ZYLYZ. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing educational technology initiatives and programs. The role of an Academic Coordinator within an educational institution is multi-faceted and pivotal to the effective functioning of academic programs . Experience: 1-2 years Responsibility : - Manages and sets up the institution’s online profile and conceptualizes and produces marketing items. - Ensures the protection of academic data and information in compliance with institutional rules - Deal with evolving and confusing circumstances, and handle many assignments, duties, and timelines. - fulfills their obligations and tasks as directed - Coordinating class schedules on an hourly basis - Encourage employees, learners, and others to offer expert advice, conflict assistance, response to inquiries, and program objectives and strategy assessment. - Create and use instructional methods for education at threat. - Help with all activities and planning in the designated teaching space, such as running the front coaching desk and the academic tutorial sessions. - Create and monitor individualized care plans for the given academic using scheduled study sessions, midterms Exam meetings, multitasking, the growth of academic skills, and learning techniques. - Develop and keep track of weekly educational analysis reports and discuss any issues with the Associate Academic Coordinator, Assistant. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or related field. - At least 1-2 years of experience in educational technology. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Qualification: - Education: A bachelor's degree in education, educational administration, curriculum development, or a related field is usually required. Some institutions may prefer candidates with a master's degree or higher in education, leadership, or a relevant discipline. -Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a teacher or instructor is often preferred. Experience at different levels of education (e.g., elementary, secondary, post-secondary) can be beneficial, as it provides a comprehensive understanding of academic needs and requirements. -Administrative Experience: Experience in academic administration, program coordination, or related roles is desirable. This could include roles such as department chair, curriculum coordinator, or academic advisor. -Knowledge of Educational Practices: A strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, assessment methods, and learning theories is essential. Candidates should be familiar with educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements relevant to their institution. -Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively interacting with faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders. The ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely is crucial. -Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for coordinating academic programs, schedules, and events. The Academic Coordinator must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently. -Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze situations, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions is important for addressing academic issues and improving program outcomes. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are valuable assets. -Interpersonal Skills: The Academic Coordinator must be able to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of people, including faculty, students, administrators, and external stakeholders. Building positive relationships and fostering a supportive academic community are key responsibilities. -Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in using educational technology, learning management systems (LMS), and other software tools relevant to academic administration is advantageous.
