Job Description

ZYLYZ, seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Cum Administration Executive. This role requires a candidate who can efficiently handle both financial and administrative responsibilities to support the smooth functioning of our operations. Responsibilities: 1. Accounts Management - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Handle accounts payable and receivable functions - Prepare and process invoices, bills and expense reports. - Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions regularly. - Assist in the preparation of financial reports. 2. Payroll Administration: - Manage Employee payroll processing - Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salary and benefit - Handle payroll-related documentation and compliance. 3.Budgeting and Forecasting - Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets - Assist in financial forecasting and analysis 4. Administrative Support: - Oversee general office administration duties - Manage office supplies and equipment - Coordinate with vendors and service providers - Assist in organizing company events and  meetings. 5. HR Coordination: - Support HR functions, including recruitment processes. - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes 6. Communication: - facilitate communication between different departments. - Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees 7. Digital Marketing Support - Work closely with the marketing team to track and manage expenses related to digital marketing campaigns - Assist in the financial analysis of marketing initiatives Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance ,Accounting ,Business Administration , or related field. -Experience : proven experience in accounts and administration roles, preferably in the digital marketing indusrty - Software Skills: Proficient in accounting software eg. Quick books, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with digital marketing tools - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities -Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention detail are critical - Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment Qualification : 1. Educational qualification: -Bachelor degree in Accounting ,Finance , Business administration or related field - some position may require a masters degree or professional certification like CPA,ACCA OR CMA 2.Experience : 3+years experience 3. Accounting and Financial skills 4.
