We seek a motivated professional to join our dynamic Business Development team as Associate-Client Enablement. The ideal candidate will support the identification, qualification, and engagement of large enterprise clients, driving business growth in the software solutions sector. This role will focus on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting senior team members in closing enterprise-level deals. The position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a keen understanding of enterprise software solutions. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Assist in qualifying leads by understanding the client’s needs, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration. Support senior team members in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to client needs. Actively participate in meetings, calls, and follow-ups to ensure client engagement and satisfaction. Conduct detailed research and analysis on prospective clients to identify pain points and align software solutions with their business objectives. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions for potential clients. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure the seamless delivery of client-focused solutions. Support the Enterprise Development Manager in coordinating cross-functional efforts to close deals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, ideally within the software or IT industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
