Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer Reports to: Team Lead/Manager - Customer Service Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving queries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide product/service information and address customer concerns. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior management. 5. Meet or exceed customer service targets and quality metrics. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. 7. Stay updated on products/services and industry trends. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (mandatory). 2. Fluency in Hindi, English, and at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, or Marathi. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night/weekends). 5. 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferable). 6. Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills. 7. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
