Required Qualifications ● Experience:2 to 4 years ● Certifications: 1. Shopify Theme Development Certification (preferred) ● Front-End Developer Certification (e.g., W3C, freeCodeCamp) Responsibilities ● Design and develop custom Shopify themes from scratch according to specific business requirements. ● Regularly update and troubleshoot existing themes to improve performance and incorporate new Shopify features. ● Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement effective ecommerce solutions. ● Test functionality and browser compatibility, ensuring that all products are responsive and optimized for various devices. Preferred skills ● Proficient in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ● Strong understanding of Shopify's core technologies and ability to create advanced, dynamic web interfaces. ● Experience with Shopify Theme Kit and Slate ● Familiarity with Shopify's development tools and ecosystem. ● Knowledge of SEO best practices and their implications on front- end development. ● Skills in optimizing websites for maximum speed and scalability. ● Ability to create designs that work on desktop, mobile, and everything in between. ● Eagerness to innovate and enhance project outcomes. ● Ability to work effectively with development teams and across departments. ● Maintaining a positive, patient approach to customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and delivering timely project updates.
