The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts - Ensure compliance with GST, PF, and ESI regulations - Prepare and file tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory returns - Conduct internal audits and ensure financial discipline - Provide financial insights and support to management - Develop and implement accounting processes and procedures Requirements: - 3-8 years of experience in accounting and compliance - In-depth knowledge of GST, PF, and ESI - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education: - CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com with relevant experience
