Experience: 3 – 5 yrs years’ experienced in: Medical Domain with INSIS experience Skills & Knowledge: 3 - 5 years of experience in INSIS Core testing Insurance – Medical Domain experience Job Description: Primary Skillset: Medical Insurance domain with INSIS Core experience Day- to-day operations: Create Test Estimates and Schedules Creating test strategy, test plans and capable of identifying Familiar with INSIS Core application Ensure adherence of processes and standards Plan, test, and report defects by interacting with stakeholders and other teams supporting them to resolve on time. Produce test results defect reports test logs and reports for evidence of testing using Azure Devops Report progress of testing Quality of Deliverables Good Understanding of Medical and Life insurance The major testing will be done using INSIS core so the knowledge should be good on the INSIS. All the testing will be tracked using Azure devops Evaluation measures: Test Script Creation and Execution Productivity Defect Leakage Metrics (% of defect leaked % of UAT defects and % of Production defects) % of Test case reuse INSIS Core Azure Devops Medical and Life Insurance Test execution Coverage Defect Acceptance Ratio Test Review efficiency RTM Others: Good Communication skills and analytical skills. Must be proactive and take ownership. Should be capable of working in a fast pace to meet deadlines of deliveries. Should be able to co-ordinate and work as a team member.
